SMART RADIO ARBITER WITH CONFLICT RESOLUTION BASED ON TIMING PREDICTABILITY

Abstract:

A radio arbitrator, electronic system, and method for wireless communication are disclosed in which at least two RF requests are received through a single radio module. The radio arbitrator performs predictive arbitration based on timing information of connection events to maintain a wireless connection, which is known prior to receiving RF requests including the connection events. Rf requests may be based on one or more of ZigBee, Bluetooth Low Energy, or WiFi communication topologies.
