Example embodiments relate to a predictive model and development of a predictive model using an artificial intelligence system and/or machine learning techniques. Example embodiments of systems and methods may utilize AI based systems and models for facilitating communication and prioritizing electronic messages based on the priorities of the receiver or enterprise.
