Systems, methods, and computer-readable media to detect matrix barcodes. The matrix barcode may comprise a plurality of colors, an infrared layer, and an ultraviolet layer. The matrix barcode may be a fiducial marker for conveying spatial information. The spatial information may stem at least in part from the infrared layer and the ultraviolet layer.
