Abstract:

The invention relates to activators of FXR useful in the treatment of autoimmune disorders, liver disease, intestinal disease, kidney disease, cancer, and other diseases in which FXR plays a role, having the Formula (I): wherein L.sub.1, A, X.sub.1, X.sub.2, Y.sub.1, Y.sub.2, Y.sub.3, Y.sub.4, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, and R.sup.3 are described herein. ##STR00001##
