The method can include obtaining live broadcast streaming data for live broadcast streaming media and determining status information of the live broadcast streaming media based on the live broadcast streaming data; determining sound effect data based on the status information of the live broadcast streaming media; and incorporating the sound effect data in the live broadcast streaming data to obtain target live broadcast streaming data, the target live broadcast streaming data for transmitting to a target user.
