Heteroaryl substituted pyridyl compounds useful as kinase modulators

Abstract:

Compounds having the following formula: ##STR00001## or a stereoisomer or a pharmaceutically-acceptable salt thereof, wherein R.sup.2 is a monocyclic heteroaryl group, and R.sup.1, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are as defined herein, are useful as kinase modulators, including IRAK-4 inhibition.
