Chlorhexidine-Cyclamate Complexes and Oral Care Compositions Comprising the Same

Abstract:

The present disclosure provides a chlorhexidine-cyclamate complex having a formula [C.sub.22H.sub.32Cl.sub.2N.sub.10][C.sub.6H.sub.12NO.sub.3S].su- b.2 having antibacterial and antiplaque properties, together with oral care compositions comprising the complex, and methods of making and using these complexes and compositions.
