Abstract:

Macrocyclic derivatives, preparation methods therefor and pharmaceutical compositions comprising said derivatives, and uses thereof as therapeutic agents, especially as factor XIa inhibitors and in drugs for treating and preventing thromboembolisms and other diseases.
