Abstract:

10-oxo-6,1-dihydrobenzo[e]pyrido[1,2-c][1,3]oxazine-9-carboxylic acid derivatives of formula (I) as hepatitis B surface antigen inhibitors or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and uses of a compound of formula (I) or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof and pharmaceutical compositions thereof in preparation of medicaments for treatment of viral hepatitis B. ##STR00001##
