CARM1 INHIBITORS AND USES THEREOF

Abstract:

Provided herein are compounds of Formula (I): ##STR00001## and pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof, and pharmaceutical compositions thereof, wherein X, R.sup.1, R.sup.1a, R.sup.2a, R.sup.2b, R.sup.2c, R.sup.2d, are as defined herein, and Ring HET is a 6-membered monocyclic heteroaryl ring system of Formula: ##STR00002## wherein L.sup.2, R.sup.13, G.sub.8, G.sub.10, G.sub.11, and G.sub.12 are as defined herein. Compounds of the present invention are useful for inhibiting CARM1 activity. Methods of using the compounds for treating CARM1-mediated disorders are also described.
