Abstract:

A method includes obtaining a first Quality of Experience, QoE, measurement from a first content source; determining a QoE adjustment factor based on a predictive model; and adjusting the first QoE measurement using the QoE adjustment factor to obtain a second QoE measurement, the second QoE measurement reflects a QoE estimate from a second content source. The first content source can be a Content Delivery Network, CDN, entity, and the second content source is an Over-the-Top, OTT, content provider.
