Abstract:

Provided are compounds of Formula I, ##STR00001## as well as pharmaceutical compositions containing compounds of Formula I and methods for treating Orthomyxoviridae virus infections by administering these compounds. The compounds, compositions, and methods provided are particularly useful for the treatment of Human Influenza virus infections.
