Abstract:

The present invention relates to the use of compounds or pharmaceutical compositions comprising the same, and methods of treatment using the same, in the prophylaxis and/or treatment of alopecia areata, vitiligo, cutaneous lupus, lupus nephritis, giant cell arteritis, sarcoidosis and/or sarcoidosis-related conditions. In particular the compounds are JAK inhibitors.
