A receivable candidate service extraction unit accesses a provision service database in which a provider and a provision area of a predetermined service are registered, and extracts a receivable candidate service that is a service that can be received at a candidate destination. A candidate destination information provision unit transmits candidate destination information indicating the candidate destination and the receivable candidate service to the user terminal.
