Management for a load balancer cluster
Last updated:
Abstract:
In an approach to managing a load balancer cluster, one or more computer processors receive a packet comprising a source IP address of the packet. The one or more computer processors determine whether there is a record comprising the source IP address of the packet either in the load balancer or in the assistant. The one or more computer processors, responsive to determining there is no such record in the load balancer and there is the record in the assistant, obtain the record from the assistant, the record also comprising information of a first server in a server cluster and the first server being referred to as a destination server for any packet from the source IP address. The one or more computer processors send the packet to the first server.
