CONVEYOR DISHWASHER FOR WASHING WASHWARE

Abstract:

A conveyor dishwasher (1) for washing washware has at least one final rinse zone (30, 40) and at least one washing zone (10, 20) which--as seen in the conveying direction (T) of the washware--is arranged upstream of the at least one final rinse zone (30, 40). A sensor device (5) is provided for detecting at least one parameter which characterizes the quality of the liquid which is to be sprayed in the at least one washing zone (10, 20), wherein the conveyor dishwasher (1) has a liquid transfer system which is designed, for the purpose of regenerating the washing liquid which is to be sprayed in the at least one washing zone (10, 20), to preferably as required supply an in particular definable quantity of fresh water to the at least one washing zone (10, 20).
