Abstract:

A pencil tire gauge with a tubular pencil gauge housing and having a first end and an opposite second end with a linear longitudinal centerline axis through a center of the first end and second end. The first end has a nozzle inlet on the longitudinal centerline and adapted to receive a tire valve stem. The first end and nozzle inlet are on and tilted offset with respect to the longitudinal centerline, and the nozzle inlet is offset at an angle of less than about 10.degree..
