Abstract:

The present invention provides compounds of the Formula ##STR00001## wherein L is selected from the group consisting of --CH.sub.2NHCH.sub.2--, --CH.sub.2NH--, --NH--, --S--, --S(O)--, --S(O).sub.2--, --O--, --OCH.sub.2--, --OCH.sub.2CH.sub.2O--, --NHSO.sub.2NH--, ##STR00002## or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof; a compound of the formula: ##STR00003## processes for preparing the compounds and their salts, a pharmaceutical composition, and methods of treating patients in need of such treatment.
