Display Panel and Display Device Using the Same

Abstract:

Disclosed are a display panel and a display device using the same. The display panel includes a semiconductor layer within a substrate and grounds electric charges entered from the outside through the semiconductor layer, thus protecting an array provided on the substrate and improving the reliability of the display device.
