Abstract:

Disclosed herein are methods and compositions for the treatment and/or prevention of diseases or conditions comprising administration of a neutral-cationic peptoid, and/or tautomers, regioisomers, stereoisomers, derivatives, analogues, or pharmaceutically acceptable salts thereof. In some embodiments, the neutral-cationic peptoid comprises .eta.2',6'-Dmt-.eta.Arg-.eta.Phe-.eta.Lys-NH.sub.2, .eta.Phe-.eta.Arg-.eta.Phe-.eta.Lys-NH.sub.2, or .eta.Arg-.eta.2',6'-Dmt-.eta.Lys-.eta.Phe-NH.sub.2.
