DYNAMIC PAGE ACTIVATION

Abstract:

Methods, systems, and devices for dynamic page activation are described. In some examples, one or more components of a memory device (e.g., an interface controller of a memory device) may receive a first read command for a first page of data stored at a memory array. The memory device may determine, based on one or more prior access operations, that a second read command for a second page of data may be received. The memory device may prefetch (e.g., read) the second page of data such that when the second read command is received, the data may have already been read and may be communicated (e.g., to a host device) in response to the second read command.
