Abstract:

A compound of Formula (1) is provided that has been shown to be useful for treating a disease, disorder or syndrome that is mediated by the transportation of essential molecules in the mmpL3 pathway: ##STR00001## wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5 and R.sup.6 are as defined herein.
