Combinations of Glycopyrrolate and Beta2 Adrenoceptor Agonists

Abstract:

A medicament comprising, separately or together (A) glycopyrrolate; and (B) either a compound of formula I ##STR00001## In free or salt or solvate form, wherein W, R.sup.x , R.sup.y, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, R.sup.3, R.sup.4, R.sup.5, R.sup.6 and R.sup.7 have the meanings as indicated in the specification, or a compound of formula It ##STR00002## in free or salt or solvate form, wherein X has the meaning as indicated in the specification, for simultaneous, sequential or separate administration in the treatment of an inflammatory or obstructive airways disease. Pharmaceutical compositions that contain (A) and (B) are also described.
