Provided are tetradentate Pt emitters with boron substituent(s) having the structure of the following Formula I ##STR00001## Also provided are formulations including these Platinum emitters with boron substituents. Further provided are OLEDs and related consumer products that utilize these Platinum emitters with boron substituents.
