An organic light emitting device (OLED) that includes an anode, a first organic layer, a second organic layer, a third organic layer, an emissive layer, and a cathode is disclosed. The emissive layer can include a first emissive dopant, and the third organic layer comprises ##STR00001## A consumer product containing the OLED is also described.
