Abstract:

Methods of treatment as Janus Kinase inhibitors containing the compound of the invention having the structure: ##STR00001## or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, wherein X is N; A is selected from the group consisting of a bond and C.dbd.O; R.sub.1 is C.sub.3-C.sub.6 cycloalkyl, wherein said cycloalkyl is further optionally substituted with one or more halo; R.sub.2 is hydrogen; R.sub.3 is hydrogen; R.sub.4 is monocyclic heteroaryl wherein said heteroaryl is optionally substituted with one or more C.sub.1-C.sub.6 alkyl; and, R.sub.5 is hydrogen; and, j is 0 or 1.
