Tampon and method for making the same

Abstract:

An absorbent tampon is disclosed herein. The absorbent tampon strikes a balance between fluid distribution and expansion to reduce the likelihood of kinetic leakage and bypass leakage. The tampons have a fluid kinetic value "FKV" and a dynamic expansion value which are associated with their respective Syngyna ratings.
