Abstract:

Disclosed is a ferritic stainless hot-rolled annealed steel sheet with excellent impact properties of 6 mm or more in thickness and a manufacturing method thereof. A ferritic stainless steel with excellent impact toughness according to an embodiment of the present disclosure includes, in percent (%) by weight of the entire composition, C: more than 0 and 0.01% or less, Si: 0.8% or less, Mn: 0.5% or less, Cr: 10 to 14%, Ti: 0.01 to 0.45%, N: more than 0 and 0.015% or less, the remainder of iron (Fe) and other inevitable impurities, and an average misorientation between grains of microstructure is 0.6 to 1.1.degree..
