Abstract:

A non-oriented electrical steel sheet according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises: 1.5 to 4.0 wt % of Si; 0.1 to 1.5 wt % of Mn, 0.7 to 1.5 wt % of Al; 0.0001-0.003 wt % of Bi; and 0.0001 to 0.003 wt % of Ga, with the balance comprising Fe and inevitable impurities, and satisfies the following Formula 1. [Al]+[Mn].gtoreq.0.87 [Formula 1] (here, [Al] and [Mn] represent the contents (wt %) of Al and Mn, respectively.)
