Abstract:

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive information indicating a timing configuration for candidate positions of a discovery reference signal (DRS) window, wherein the DRS window is within an unlicensed millimeter wave (mmW) band, and wherein the timing configuration provides for repetition of a synchronization signal block (SSB) within the DRS window based at least in part on a wraparound scheme; and scan for the SSB in accordance with the timing configuration.
