GROUP WAKE-UP SIGNALING USING SIDELINK ZONE IDENTIFIER

Abstract:

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a base station may configure a group wake-up signal based at least in part on a sidelink zone identifier that corresponds to a geographical area. The base station may transmit the group wake-up signal to collectively wake up at least a subset of user equipments (UEs) that are located in the geographical area corresponding to the sidelink zone identifier.
