Abstract:

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive, from a base station, a plurality of communications on a plurality of component carriers. The UE may transmit, to the base station, uplink control information that includes a first portion that indicates respective feedback for the plurality of communications, and a second portion that indicates an average channel quality indicator (CQI) value and respective differential values, relative to the average CQI value, for multiple communications, of the plurality of communications, for which negative acknowledgment feedback is transmitted.
