Abstract:

Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment may receive information indicating whether measurement is permitted on a non-anchor carrier; and selectively perform a measurement on at least one of the non-anchor carrier or an anchor carrier, based at least in part on the information indicating whether the measurement is permitted on the non-anchor carrier.
