Abstract:

Aspects described herein relate to determining a first timing advance for transmitting communications to a base station, and determining a second timing advance for transmitting a reference signal to a user equipment. The communications can be transmitted to the base station based on the first timing advance, and the reference signal can be transmitted to the user equipment based on the second timing advance.
