Various aspects of the present disclosure generally relate to wireless communication. In some aspects, a user equipment (UE) may receive or determine information indicating a timing advance for a non-serving cell of the UE, and perform an inter-cell mobility operation based at least in part on the timing advance for the non-serving cell of the UE.
