SOLID FORMS OF IBRUTINIB

Abstract:

The present invention describes solvates of Ibrutinib and processes for their preparation, pharmaceutical compositions comprising these solvate forms. The present invention also describes co-crystal, obtained from Ibrutinib and a neutral conformer, where both are solids at room temperature, process for their preparation, pharmaceutical compositions comprising the co-crystals and the use of these solids forms for the treatment of Burton's tyrosine kinase (BTK) mediated diseases.
