Abstract:

Compositions and methods are described for the delivery of a fully human-glycosylated (HuGly) .alpha.-L-iduronidase (ID-UA) to the cerebrospinal fluid of the central nervous system (CNS) of a human subject diagnosed with mucopolysaccharidosis I (MPS I).
