Abstract:

This disclosure relates to Compound (I), pharmaceutically acceptable salts, or pharmaceutically acceptable compositions thereof, for the treatment of CNS related disorders, e.g., tremor, e.g., essential tremor; depression; and anxiety disorder, and methods for improving the effectiveness of the administration of Compound 1 for treating said CNS related disorders.
