Abstract:

There is proposed a mechanism that makes it possible to achieve fair channel access between a plurality of nodes. A base station including a control unit (150) that notifies a terminal device of setting information regarding a channel access scheme to be used and carrier sense. The terminal device is configured to use, as channel access schemes, a first scheme in which the terminal device performs carrier sense at any timing and a second scheme in which the terminal device performs carrier sense at predetermined timing.
