LOCATION-BASED TRANSACTION COMPLETION
Last updated:
Abstract:
In some examples, when a buyer is ready to leave an establishment, the buyer may use an application on a buyer device to request a bill. In response, the bill may be automatically matched with the buyer based at least in part on the buyer's location at the establishment. As one example, the buyer device may send location indicator information to a service computing device, which provides buyer location information to a merchant device at the establishment. The merchant device determines a service position and bill corresponding to the buyer's location. The buyer can review the bill on the buyer device, add a gratuity, and authorize payment of the bill using the buyer device. Additionally, the buyer may use the buyer device to place an order at the establishment and the order may be associated with the location of the buyer device at the establishment.
