Abstract:

The present invention aims to provide a compound that may be useful for the prophylaxis or treatment of constipation and the like. The present invention provides a compound represented by the formula (I): ##STR00001## wherein R.sup.1 is a hydrogen atom, a halogen atom, an optionally substituted C.sub.1-6 alkyl group, or an optionally substituted C.sub.1-6 alkoxy group; and ring A is an optionally further substituted ring, or a salt thereof.
