Abstract:

The present invention provides a variant of a T-cell receptor containing a combination of two polypeptides containing a constant region of a T cell receptor chain selected from the group consisting of .alpha. chain, .beta. chain, .gamma. chain and .delta. chain, wherein the polypeptide does not contain a complementarity determining region (CDR) of the T cell receptor chain, a complementarity determining region (CDR) of the .alpha. chain, and a complementarity determining region (CDR) of the .beta. chain.
