Abstract:

A method of preparing a compound of Formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof: ##STR00001## comprises: (a) reacting Compound (1): ##STR00002## or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof with Compound (2): ##STR00003## in the presence of water, an organic solvent, a base, and a transition metal catalyst to generate a compound of Formula (I) or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof.
