Construction of transmission patterns for D2D communication

Abstract:

Embodiments of the present disclosure describe apparatuses and methods for selecting or extending time resource patterns relating to device-to-device (D2D) functionality. Various embodiments may include processing circuitry to select a subset of a predefined set of D2D time resource pattern bitmaps and generate a signal having information corresponding to the selected subset of D2D time resource pattern bitmaps.
