Methods of signaling. At least one of the methods includes: communicating information using a signaling protocol including one or more parameters; and configuring multiple uplink (UL) CGs or multiple downlink (DL) semi-persistent scheduling (SPS) assignments for a user equipment (UE) based, at least in part, on the one or more parameters.
