Provided herein are anti-CD40 antibody drug conjugates comprising a radical of Formula (I), wherein R.sup.1, R.sup.2, and R.sup.3 are as defined herein. Further provided are anti-CD40 antibody drug conjugates of Formula (II), wherein Z, R, AA1, AA2, AA3, m, p, q, n, w, R.sup.1, R.sup.2, and R.sup.3 are as defined herein.
