DONOR AND RECIPIENT AUTHENTIC AUTHORIZATION

Abstract:

A method for facilitating donor-controlled distribution of charitable donations is provided. The method may include receiving data from a donor corresponding to a donation, creating a plurality of sub-assets where each sub-asset relating to a portion of the value of funds. The method may further include receiving an identification of a plurality of donor-selected events, associating each of the sub-assets with each of the plurality of donor-selected events and adding to a blockchain a first block recording metadata for each of the sub-assets. The method may further include receiving a request for charity ("RFC") associated with an event, scanning the blockchain for a donor-selected event correlating to the RFC event, extracting from the blockchain the metadata from a number of sub-assets correlating to the RFC event, completing a transaction of the requested donation amount to the charitable organization and creating a second block recording the completed transaction.
