The Administrative Solutions segment provides employees and their organizations with access to a range of technology solutions and strategies for pension and benefit administration programs. The Retirement and Financial Solutions segment provides financial, pension, actuarial, regulatory, and investment services for organizations to design, build, and operate sustainable retirement, savings, and financial programs to enhance the financial wellbeing of their people. In addition, the company provides children's support solutions for depression and anxiety, autism spectrum disorder, down syndrome, motor and speech-language delays, and learning disabilities; and student support program for health and counselling, athletics, distance education, international student services, studying abroad, and graduate programs. The company was formerly known as Morneau Shepell Inc. and changed its name to LifeWorks Inc. in May 2021. LifeWorks Inc. was founded in 1966 and is headquartered in Toronto, Canada.
